How to Become a Seller on Dandalee

Follow this step-by-step guide to get started and set up your Dandalee store successfully.

Welcome to Dandalee, the world's leading SaaS-enabled marketplace for construction procurement. As a seller, you gain access to a growing network of architects, contractors, and developers looking for high-quality products. Follow this step-by-step guide to get started and set up your store successfully.


Step 1: Sign Up for a Seller Account

  1. Fill in your business details, including:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Email

    • Phone

    • Company name

    • Seller type (Manufacturer or Distributor)

    • Job title

    • Country

  2. Set a secure password

  3. Check the box after reading the Seller Agreement, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

  4. Click Sign up.


Step 2: Confirm Your Email Address

After signing up, you’ll receive an email with a verification link. Click the link to confirm your email. This step ensures security and prevents unauthorized signups.


Step 3: Complete Onboarding Requirements

Once your email is verified:

  1. Log into your seller dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Onboarding (red button on the sidebar).

  3. Provide additional business information, including:

    • Company legal name

    • Company type

    • Company address

    • Unique company username / slug (this will be used for your Dandalee storefront url, i.e. "dandalee.com/username")

    • Company website

    • Email

    • Phone

    • Company registration number

    • Tax identification number (TIN)

  4. Click Continue.

  5. Provide additional business information, including:

    • Product categories

    • Company bank account (where you will receive your payouts from transactions on the marketplace)

    • Company certificate / license (upload document)

  6. Click Continue to submit.


Step 4: List Your Products

  1. Go to Catalog → Add product (turquoise button on the top right).

  2. Fill in the required fields:

    • Upload image

    • Product name

    • Category

    • Unit price

    • Manufacturer / Brand

    • Minimum order quantity (MOQ)

    • Quantity type

    • Product condition

    • Description

    • Specification

    • Application

    • Lead time

    • Coverage

    • Shipping cost

    • Shipping cost

    • Delivery options

    • Shipping type

    • Stock availability

    • Installation

  3. Click Save product.


Step 5: Get Approved & Start Selling

Once approved:

  1. Your products go live on the marketplace.

  2. You’ll be notified of orders through your dashboard.

  3. Begin fulfilling orders and managing inventory.
